For stays of more than 7 days, electricity is charged separately, at the rate of R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt/hour. Our team will take a photo of the meter in the presence of the guest at check-in, as well as at check-out. Payment will be made via bank transfer, with the information sent by our sales department.

ABOUT MAINTENANCE

We ask that any problems in the unit during your stay, such as leaks or malfunctioning air conditioning, be reported to us immediately, as our maintenance team will take action to quickly intervene and restore the condition.
