WARNING
For stays longer than 15 days, electricity is billed externally, in the amount of R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt/hour. Our team, at the time of check-in, will take a photo of the meter in the presence of the guest, as well as at check-out. OUR SPACE
Room and bedroom are distributed in the form of Studio, with kitchen integrated to the environment. We have air conditioning in the room. It is in front of Souto Filho Square, one of Burle Marx's 1950's projects. Next to bakeries and delicatessen, and a few steps from Jaqueira Bookstore and its famous café, one of the most pleasant places in the region. Ideal for meetings with friends or clients, or simply to enjoy life, without haste, immersed in culture.

The neighborhood of Jaqueira, located in the north of the city, stands out for the quality of the infrastructure in services, such as cafes, bookstore and good restaurants. Uber came to make life easier for everyone, especially visitors to the city. Safe, fast and low cost, it is an alternative transportation that impose itself as the most suitable for a large city like Recife. We also have bus lines, very close. Just cross the Jaqueira Park to reach Av Rui Barbosa, or, just a few steps, get off at Av. Rosa e Silva, if you come from the City Center.
