There are 30 m2 designed for you to feel with maximum comfort during your vacation or business trip.

WARNING
For stays longer than 15 days, electricity is billed externally, in the amount of R$1.00 (one real) per kilowatt/hour. Our team, at the time of check-in, will take a photo of the meter in the presence of the guest, as well as at check-out. Payment will be via bank transfer, with the data sent by our commercial sector.

THE SPACE
There are 30 m2 well planned by a renowned architect, you will live in comfort and good taste for every square centimeter. We have a bedroom with a large and cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The building is new with complete infrastructure: lap pool, gym, business room, industrial laundry, in short, everything good for you to have a good time in our place.

It is a rich space of culture, art and leisure. Walking through Old Recife is a unique experience because you will be treading on 500 years of history.
